Graduate Program

A key component of the AWT growth ethos is the employment and career development of graduate petroleum engineers. The long term future of the company will only be secured in a culture of mentoring and knowledge transfer to its Petroleum Engineering graduate staff from the more experienced members of the company.

With our focus on design, planning and implementation, we believe it is of crucial importance to be able to expose our graduate petroleum engineers to wellsite operations as early as possible, in order that they become aware of the practical aspects which have to be taken into account when recommending courses of action as a result of desktop/laboratory engineering studies.
